Tuition The Master’s program costs $5,000 for one academic year, or a total of $10,000 for the two-year dual American and Kyrgyz Master’s Degrees.
IOE is pleased to announce 5 full-tuition fellowships from the Bilimkana Foundation. Bilimkana Fellows will be required to enter a separate contractual agreement with the Bilimkana Foundation on the conditions and responsibilities of the Fellowship.
Starting with Cohort 2020, IOE is pleased to offer four 75% tuition scholarships in partnership with the US Embassy in Bishkek. Applicants who meet the criteria for this scholarship will be notified of their candidacy for this scholarship prior to their interview. Recipients of this scholarship will be notified after the interview component of the application process.
A limited amount of financial aid is available for the program’s students as partial tuition waiver.
