



Strengthening Professional Collaboration Among Public School Directors in Kyrgyzstan
Building on the success of the FORUM initiative, this project expands and deepens professional collaboration among Kyrgyzstan’s Public School Directors through a structured Community of Practice. Designed by the Institute of Education at AUCA, the initiative enhances directors’ collective expertise and leadership, fostering cross-learning and action. Engaging a larger cohort in 2024-2025, the project creates sustainable mechanisms for peer exchange and professional development, driving positive change in the country’s public education system.
